Horse Rope Connection was established in 2008 to help horse owners find the quality of rope they need to create their own professional grade tack. We are horse owners and know that quality is important when working with rope tack products! We make professional custom rope tack products here in the USA with rope that is made in the USA! Our HRC line of rope tack is all handmade with care and designed to not only last but look great as well. Quality is important when using tack for your horse and rope tack is no exception! You are also able to create your own lead ropes, reins, halters and much more with the rope you purchase here. We researched and tested rope from all over the USA to bring you the quality you want and need for rope tack. 

Horse Rope Connection's handmade signature products are made to withstand the elements and last! We all know that our training supplies go through a lot when we work and play with our horses. These products will be a staple in your barn bringing superior quality and lasting through the test of time and horsemanship!

Horse Rope Connection is based out of sunny Scottsdale, Arizona. We enjoy attending local shows and meeting our customers face to face. While we do not have a store front, we often post the events we will be attending on our Facebook and Twitter pages! Ordering is available online 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience.

Payments:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. All orders must be placed online. International orders must be paid through Paypal. For International orders please send an email to Info@HorseRopeConnection.com with the items you would like to order and the address where you would like them shipped. We will send you an invoice through Paypal for your order. 

Billing:
HorseRopeConnection.com is a subsidiary of Hirsch Industries, Inc. Your invoice and/or credit card statement may reflect either name.

Shipping:
Our products are shipped by standard ground service unless otherwise noted. Our handmade product are all custom made at time of order but most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipping is Monday through Friday and excludes Holidays. We ship from multiple locations. In some cases your products may arrive in different boxes depending on your order. Free shipping on orders over $99.00. 

Returns:
We want you to love what you purchase here! If you are not satisfied with your rope tack or training equipment you may return it and we will credit your account. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Must be unused, clean and in good condition. If the product is not clean, has been used or is not in good condition you may not receive a full refund. All custom orders and all rope purchases are not refundable. Any Custom Order or Rope that is returned may be exchanged but will not be refunded. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be handled in the same manner in which the item was paid for.
